Best ways to stop chewing nails?
I am getting married in a few months and want to have nice nails (i plan on gettign them done but need them long enough so the nail tech can do them) i have chewed them for so long that i don;t even realize im doing it. i have tried gross nail polish and rubber bands on my wrist so when i have the urge i snap my wrist. If anyone has any ideas or solutions it would be greatly appriciated. Also i have very moist nailbeds so Gel nails only last a week when i have them on any solutions for that is acrilc any better?
